RESERVATIONS
All rates are subject to increase unless secured by advance reservation. All reservations subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control. Customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. Deposits and payments are not refundable. Deposit of one night's rental required to confirm reservation. Deposit credited to last night of reservation. No refunds or changes in reservation upon arrival. No refund for early check-out.
All weekends are 3 night minimum. Fri & Sat only (if available) add $20.00 to price. Deposit refundable 15 days prior to arrival, not transferable - subject to 25% service charge.
Convention Weekends and Peak of Season: 3 or 4 night minimum.
