All rates are subject to increase unless secured by advance reservation. All reservations subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control. Customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. Deposits and payments are not refundable. Deposit of one night's rental required to confirm reservation. Deposit credited to last night of reservation.
No refunds or changes in reservation upon arrival. No refund for early check-out.

All weekends are 3 night minimum. Fri & Sat only add $20.00 to price.
Deposit refundable 15 days prior to arrival, not transferable - subject to 25% service charge.

Convention Weekends and Peak of Season: 3 or 4 night minimum.
Check out time before 10AM
Check in time after 2PM
Rooms held until 5PM only
One car per room reservation
Extra person using facility: $10.00
Extra visitors are considered extra persons
No bicycles are permitted in hotel rooms.

For the consideration of all guests, NO skateboards, roller blades, or scooters are
allowed in units or ridden on decks or stairs of building.

No stereos without headphones - Please.
